Q. What is the hourly rate for Bar Babez bartending services? Services start at $40 per hour / per bartender. Client's needs are different and contracts are based on blocks of time and packages.

Q. Can the client purchase their own alcohol? Yes, we provide a complimentary shopping guide upon request after you contract with us.

Q. Is there a travel fee? Yes, there is a travel fee of $25 for mileage over 30 miles from zip code 31126 an additional cost of $0.45 per mile for mileage over 50.

Q. How much notice do you need for booking Bar Babez? 8 weeks’ notice is recommended, however we strive to accommodate short notice requests whenever we can.

Q. What information do you need from the client to book a reservation? The date, time of event, services requested, type of event, how many people are attending, the age demographic. and location.

Q. What will the bartender wear to my event? Bar Babez offers a wide variety of attire options to compliment any party. Feel free to be creative and let our event consultant know the attire best suited for the party. Wardrobe ranges from formal uniforms, casual wear, costumes and cocktail dresses. We can also accommodate special requests such as club wear, themed attire or attire with your company or event logo.

Q. Does Bar Babez solicit tips? Yes, Bar Babez has a “Tip Jar”, however we offer gratuity options for clients requesting discretion.

Q. Do you require a deposit? Yes, every booking requires a deposit. The deposit amount varies based on the contract. Deposits are nonrefundable if canceled less than 4 weeks prior to the date of event. $50 cancellation fee for events canceled up to 4 weeks before the event.

Q. Does the client keep the alcohol when the party is over? Client keeps the alcohol of which they purchased. For an open bar experience as a courtesy a generous "mini bar" is left behind. It is against the law to resell alcohol therefore we will take all unopened bottles and mixers with us.

Q. Do you request ID/"Card" at the bar? Bar Babez takes a strong stance against underage drinking. We will in no way serve or supply minors with alcohol. Certain events w/ a younger demographic may require the booking party to be over the age of 25 & w/ proof of ID. Upon booking with us, we request that a liability waiver and claims release is signed by the host.

Q. Do you accept credit cards? Can I pay you with a check? Yes, checks are accepted for deposits only 8 weeks in advance, but not for payment of final balance. Visa and MasterCard is accepted onsite. In addition we can send an electronic invoice that can be paid online via PayPal.

Q. How many bartenders do I need? Typically there is 1 bartender per 60 guests.

Q: Do you provide a satellite bar if required? Yes, we have a six foot satellite bar that can be personalized for a convenience fee or we can use the venue bar.

Q: Is Bar Babez Staffing, LLC insured? Yes, Bar Babez Staffing, LLC is fully licensed and insured protecting our clients and personnel by ensuring General Liability and Liquor Liability Insurance.
